Oral & Poster Presentations

Oral Presentation Guidelines

SAN 2022 oral presentations are organized within the parallel sessions scheduled in the conference program.

Please note that the duration given to your oral presentation includes 3 minutes for questions and discussion, therefore if a 20-minute talk is planned, that should be 17 minutes of presentation and 3 minutes of discussion. Duration varies slightly depending on the number of scheduled presentations per session. Authors with an oral presentation can check the appearance of their talk at the conference secretariat.

A dedicated notebook will be available for uploading and checking the presentations, while a member of the secretariat personnel will be present to assist you. Please note that only USB flash drives can be used to upload your presentation. If you are unable to bring a usb stick, then please contact the conference secretariat (mail) to send your presentation via e-mail.

Here include the abstract template if one is available.

Poster Presentation Guidelines

Double-sided boards measuring 200 cm (height) X 120 cm (width), i.e., portrait format, will be available for each author to attach their posters to. The authors are advised not to use the full space of the board, but to limit their poster size to 120 cm (height) X 90 cm (width).

Double-sided tape will be provided by the organizers for mounting your poster.

The boards will be numbered to correspond to the number id of your poster presentation.
